Brand / Supplier Terms
Private launch legal draft — subject to final review
These Brand Terms apply to brands and suppliers (collectively "Brands") who list content, products or catalogues on QuicFlics. They sit alongside our general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
1. Brand responsibilities
You are responsible for the company information, products, media and catalogues you upload, and for ensuring you have the authority and rights to publish that content on QuicFlics. You must comply with applicable laws, including consumer, advertising, product safety, labelling and intellectual property laws.
2. Content ownership and licence
You retain ownership of content you upload (images, videos, logos, copy, catalogues, product data). You grant QuicFlics a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reformat and display that content for the purpose of operating the platform, presenting your brand to approved buyers, and promoting your listings within QuicFlics's own marketing channels. The licence ends a reasonable time after you remove the content or your account.
3. Accuracy of product data
You are responsible for the accuracy and currency of your product information, including pricing tiers, MOQs, lead times, materials, sizing, country of origin, certifications, wholesale terms and dropshipping availability. You must update or remove information that becomes inaccurate.
4. Wholesale and dropshipping claims
Any claims about wholesale availability, dropshipping support, exclusivity, margins, returns or delivery must be truthful and substantiable. QuicFlics is not responsible for verifying these claims and may require evidence at our discretion.
5. Product compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring your products comply with the laws of the markets you sell into, including safety, labelling, certification and import requirements. QuicFlics does not certify or warrant products listed on the platform.
6. Reseller requests
Buyers may submit reseller / wholesale / dropshipping access requests through the platform. You decide whether to approve each request and on what commercial terms. The commercial relationship is between you and the buyer; QuicFlics is not a party to that relationship unless we expressly say otherwise.
7. Catalogue visibility
You control which catalogues are public, gated or restricted to approved buyers. Buyers granted access may download catalogues for legitimate buying evaluation only; redistribution by buyers is prohibited under the Buyer Terms.
8. Campaign and placement requests
Featured placements and Promote & Grow campaigns are subject to the Campaign Terms. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval, scheduling or specific results.
9. No guaranteed outcomes
QuicFlics does not guarantee sales, leads, buyer approvals, traffic, impressions, reseller sign-ups or any specific commercial result from listing on the platform.
10. Editorial and admin approval
QuicFlics may review, edit (for formatting, clarity or compliance), decline, re-categorise, suspend or remove brand content, products, catalogues, or accounts that we reasonably consider misleading, unlawful, low-quality, inappropriate for the platform, or in breach of these Terms. We will try to notify you of significant actions but may act immediately where necessary.
11. Removal and suspension
We may suspend or remove your content or account if required by law, by a valid takedown request, by a credible safety concern, or by a serious breach of these Terms. You may also remove your own content and request account closure at any time.
