Buyer / Retailer Terms
Private launch legal draft — subject to final review
These Buyer Terms apply to retailers, resellers, distributors and other commercial buyers ("Buyers") using QuicFlics to discover brands and request access to catalogues, wholesale pricing or dropshipping. They sit alongside our general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
1. Buyer responsibilities
You confirm you are using QuicFlics for legitimate commercial buying purposes on behalf of a business you are authorised to represent. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide in your profile and requests.
2. Approval-based access
Buyer accounts are subject to review and approval by QuicFlics. Access to certain catalogues, wholesale pricing and brand profiles may additionally require approval by the relevant brand. Approval may be granted, declined or revoked at any time.
3. Catalogue and download confidentiality
Catalogues, line sheets, wholesale price lists and other brand materials made available to you through QuicFlics are confidential and intended solely for your internal buying evaluation. You must not share, publish, re-host or forward them to third parties without the brand's written permission.
4. Wholesale and dropshipping access
Wholesale pricing, dropshipping arrangements and similar commercial access are granted at the brand's discretion. Submitting a reseller request does not guarantee approval, and approved terms may differ between buyers based on the brand's policies.
5. No unauthorised redistribution
You must not:
- republish brand prices, catalogues, images, videos or product descriptions outside your internal evaluation;
- scrape, mass-download or systematically copy platform content;
- share login credentials with third parties; or
- use QuicFlics data to compete with brands or with QuicFlics itself.
6. Saved products and reseller requests
Saving products, downloading catalogues and sending reseller requests are tools to help you organise your sourcing pipeline. The data you generate (saves, requests, notes) is used to power your dashboard and to share relevant information with the brand you are contacting.
7. QuicFlics is a discovery platform
QuicFlics helps buyers and brands find each other. Unless we expressly state otherwise, QuicFlics is not the seller, importer or party to the commercial transactions you enter into with a brand. Commercial terms, fulfilment, payment, returns and disputes are between you and the brand.
8. Suspension or removal
We may suspend or remove buyer accounts that breach these Terms, that misuse brand content, or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to brands or to other users of the platform.
