Terms of Use
Private launch legal draft — subject to final review
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of QuicFlics during our private launch and early-access period. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these Terms. QuicFlics is operated from Australia.
1. Private launch and early access
QuicFlics is currently in a private launch / early-access phase. Features, pricing, availability and platform behaviour may change as we iterate. Access may be invitation-based or subject to admin approval. We may add, remove or modify features at any time.
2. Eligibility and account approval
QuicFlics is intended for businesses (brands, suppliers, retailers, resellers and partners). You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of the company you register. Brand and buyer accounts are subject to review and approval. We may decline, suspend or revoke access at our discretion.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or disrupt its operation;
- scrape, crawl, mass-download or otherwise extract content other than as expressly permitted;
- copy, redistribute or republish brand catalogues, product data, videos or images outside the platform without the brand's permission;
- upload unlawful, infringing, misleading, defamatory or harmful content;
- impersonate any person or company; or
- use the platform to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages.
4. User responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for keeping your account credentials secure, and for activity that takes place under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. No guaranteed commercial outcomes
QuicFlics is a discovery and showroom platform. We do not guarantee any sales, leads, reseller approvals, buyer approvals, traffic, impressions, conversions or other commercial outcomes. Any examples or projections are illustrative only.
6. Intellectual property
QuicFlics, its branding, software and original content are owned by QuicFlics or its licensors. Brands and buyers retain ownership of their own uploaded content and grant QuicFlics a limited licence to host and display it as described in the Brand Terms and Buyer Terms. You must not remove proprietary notices or use our branding without written permission.
7. Third-party services
The platform relies on third-party providers (hosting, database, email and analytics). Their availability and performance is outside our control. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we link to.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuicFlics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or loss-of-profits damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim is limited to AUD $100 or the amount you have paid us in the previous 12 months, whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Changes to the platform and these Terms
We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the platform at any time. We may update these Terms during the private launch period; continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The courts of New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform.
