Promotion & Campaign Terms

Private launch legal draft — subject to final review

These Promotion & Campaign Terms apply to brands using QuicFlics's promotion features, including featured placements within the platform and external marketing activity offered through Promote & Grow. They sit alongside our Terms of Use and Brand Terms.

1. Promotion requests

You can request placements and campaigns through the platform. A request is an expression of interest, not a confirmed booking. QuicFlics will review each request and respond with availability, scope, pricing and next steps.

2. Indicative pricing

Any "from" prices or pricing tiers shown in the platform are indicative starting points. Final pricing is confirmed in writing in a quote and may vary based on placement type, duration, markets, creative requirements and current availability. Some campaigns are quote-required and have no public price.

3. Availability and admin approval

All placements and campaigns are subject to availability and to QuicFlics admin approval. Campaign dates, priority level, placement location, featured slots and target markets are confirmed only after we approve the campaign and you confirm the quote.

4. Country targeting

Country and market targeting is based on the information buyers provide in their own profiles. We do not currently use IP geolocation to target users. Targeting is therefore best-effort and cannot be guaranteed to be complete or perfectly accurate.

5. Reporting during private launch

During the private launch period, KPI reporting (such as impressions, saves, reseller requests and engagement) may include a combination of automated metrics and admin-entered results, especially for external marketing activity. Reporting methodology may evolve as the platform matures.

6. No guaranteed results

QuicFlics does not guarantee impressions, clicks, saves, reseller requests, sales, revenue, ROI or any other commercial outcome from a campaign. Any forecasts or examples are illustrative only and do not form part of the contract.

7. Content standards

Campaign content must be lawful, accurate, not misleading, and properly authorised (including any rights in images, video, music, talent and trademarks). You are responsible for clearances. QuicFlics may request evidence of rights and may reject or pause campaigns where rights are unclear.

8. Rejection and removal

QuicFlics may reject, edit, pause or remove a campaign at any time if we reasonably consider it unlawful, misleading, low-quality, off-brand for the platform, or in breach of these Terms or the Brand Terms. Where a paid campaign is removed for reasons not attributable to the brand, we will discuss a fair credit or refund of the unused portion.

9. Cancellations and changes

Cancellation, rescheduling and change-of-scope policies will be set out in the applicable quote or order. Once a campaign is scheduled, work and inventory may already be committed; cancellation may not be fully refundable.

10. Liability

The general limitation of liability in the Terms of Use applies to campaigns. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuicFlics's liability in relation to a campaign is limited to the fees paid by the brand for that specific campaign.
